What's our return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt of your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
Refund or exchange will be available for change of mind or wrong size ordered, on items that are in original condition* (subject to stock availability). Refunds will incur a 3% merchant transaction fee. Items will need to be returned with freight costs paid by the customer.
Faulty items will be repaired or replaced (subject to availability), and need to be returned, freight covered by the seller. Please provide photos of the faulty item for review before returning. Once reviewed and approved for return, the item/s will be examined again and repaired or replaced if actually faulty.
Exchanges:
To expedite the process and ensure you receive the item you desire, we recommend returning the original item and placing a separate order for the new item.
